At the Wargerhof we have set up our farm tavern in the historic farmhouse from the 16th century and restored the old parlours to their former glory with great care. Our farmhouse breakfast is served in the old parlours.
For a nice get-together or to enjoy a nourishing meal after an exciting and demanding excursion. We will pamper you with traditional South Tyrolean dishes, such as Schlutzkrapfen (filled pasta envelopes) and other filled pasta-specialities, canederli, gulasch, sausages with sauerkraut, Speck and Kaminwurzen from our own organic farming, served, according to season, with some fresh vegetables and spices from our herb garden.
As a drink we suggest to try our homemade juices or an excellent glass of wine, while for dessert, we serve homemade cakes, the traditional apple Strudel, Strauben, Kaiserschmarren and much, much more.
If you’re visiting in autumn, don’t miss the chance to visit our farm tavern for a traditional Törggelen meal. We will spoil you with traditional South Tyrolean fare such as barley soup, pumpkin cream soup, dumpling variations, spiced meat, homemade sausages, ripples, sauerkraut and potatoes. Roasted chestnuts and sweet Krapfen with various fillings round off the Törggelen menu – which is best enjoyed in good company.
